Greg started the business in 1989 and rapidly became one of the leading residential lettings and sales estate agents in the area. He uses his wealth of knowledge to carry out accurate and professional valuations together with property inspections and assessments.
Joining Elvins in 2000 and having worked for a corporate company for 5 years, he quickly became a director in the business. Paul is now responsible for managing our office and carrying out some of the daily appointments alongside Greg.
Having been with us for many years she has a wealth of knowledge about the selling market and will speak with you throughout the sale of your home. She has a very friendly and jovial manner, being very approachable, and during her career has successfully dealt with every conceivable sales issue.
Recently joining us from another residential lettings agent, she is the smiling face of Elvin Estates and will greet you when you visit our office in Mildenhall town centre. Being the daughter of Greg, she has a lifetime of knowledge passed down over the years.
Having over 15 years of experience working with Elvin Estates, her knowledge of the sales and lettings industry is exceptional. She will be the main point of contact for end of tenancies and be available for general enquiries for all aspects of buying, selling and renting.
If something breaks then she will liaise with the tenant, landlord and maintenance team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. She also deals with general rental enquiries and has face to face interaction with customers in our office.
Although the above members of staff are the faces of Elvin Estates, we have a further team of back office personnel who operate to ensure that the selling and renting experience proceeds with no hiccups. You may have the opportunity to speak with them over the telephone from time to time.
