Paul joined Elvin Estates on a part time basis whilst studying at college and then left to continue his career in the corporate world of banking and mortgage advice. He later rejoined the company in 2000, soon becoming a Director of the company, and now has a wide and varied knowledge base from many years in the industry. In Paul's spare time, he enjoys DIY, F1, and is a huge WW2 enthusiast!

Julie has been an integral part of Elvins since its establishment over 30 years ago. As one of the company’s directors, she brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive expertise within the property industry, helping to guide both clients and colleagues with her experience and professionalism. Outside of work, Julie has a love for travel and enjoys exploring new places and cultures. She is also a devoted animal lover, always happiest when spending time with her cats.

Mia joined Elvin Estates in 2002 and possesses exceptional knowledge of both the sales and lettings sectors. She serves as the primary point of contact for end-of-tenancy matters and is also available to assist with general enquiries relating to all aspects of buying, selling, and renting. Throughout her many years of dedicated service, Mia has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company. Alongside her professional role, Mia enjoys travelling and discovering new places, as well as spending time in her garden!

Josh first joined Elvin Estates at the age of 14 for work experience, later assisting on Saturdays before progressing to a full-time position in 2021. Primarily based front of house and always happy to help, he can also often be found carrying out property viewings and inspections as part of his daily role. Outside of work, Josh is a loyal Manchester United fan and can often be found either celebrating their victories or, more often, good-naturedly commiserating over a pint with friends.

Becky is the newest addition to the Elvin Estates team, having joined in August 2025. Based at the front of office, she is often the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for overseeing the rental move-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic have already established her as a valued member of the team. Beyond her professional role, Becky has a keen interest in equestrian pursuits and dedicates much of her time to caring for her horses. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family.
